Ravi cofounded Vidyadhara after a career as Head of National Operations at Skill Assessment subsidiary of IL&FS Education. He has more than a decade of work experience in Indian TVET (Technical and Vocational Education & Training) and Apparel sector. During this tenure he has impacted 2 lac+ students, teachers/trainers, assessors and TVET professionals through skills training and assessments.
As a young professional Ravi traversed the length and breadth of India including 200+ districts across 20 states to understand various aspects of skill development, from programme planning to implementation.
A graduate from NIFT Chennai, Ravi specializes in fashion technology and skill training & assessment services. He has also been coaching and mentoring World skills competition finalists in Fashion Technology who represented India in 2019 & 2022 and continues to do so.
Nayantara Chatterjee
CO-FOUNDER/DIRECTOR
Nayantara, co-founded Vidyadhara after a career as Head of Knowledge Management at Skill Assessment subsidiary of IL&FS Education. She has been working in the Indian skill development sector as a TVET (Technical and Vocational Education & Training) expert over a decade.
She has been recognized by Women Entrepreneur Magazine as one of the top Women Entrepreneur in Soft Skills Development
A graduate from NIFT Delhi, Nayantara specializes in vocational skills training & assessment strategy, pedagogy, content development, assessment design and delivery aligned with the NSQF (National Skills Qualifications Framework).
In the skills training arena, she holds certifications from India-EU Skill Development Project of the MSDE (Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship) and international certification in planning and delivering learning sessions to groups from SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority).
Neila Sreenivas

Neila is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in the fashion industry, having worked with several international and domestic fashion brands as a Designer and Merchandiser. Her expertise spans the entire apparel value chain, from conceptualizing designs to overseeing production and merchandising.
As a Senior Designer, Neila specializes in fashion design, merchandising, and garment technology, bringing a perfect blend of creativity and technical acumen to her work. Her deep understanding of industry trends and processes stems from her postgraduate degree in Fashion Design & Clothing Technology.
Now serving as a Senior Training Manager, Neila leverages her extensive industry experience to train and mentor professionals in the apparel sector, empowering them with the skills needed to excel in fashion design, production, and merchandising. Her commitment to excellence and passion for skill development make her a valuable asset in the industry.
Chandan Kumar Sharma

Chandan has 12 years of work experience working with some of India’s leading apparel manufacturing houses like Raymond, Gokaldas Exports, Gokaldas Images and Madura Garments.
A post graduate in business management and a NIFT graduate, Chandan specializes in apparel manufacturing, merchandising and marketing.
Pooja Solanki

Ms. Pooja Solanki,senior trainer at Vidyadhara, is a certified Master Trainer and Lead Assessor in Apparel and Management sector. With over nine years of experience in the skill development sector, she has successfully conducted numerous Training of Trainers (ToT) and Training of Assessors (ToA) programs.
An expert in competency-based training, Ms. Solanki focuses on outcome-driven learning, specializing in platform skills such as soft skills, time management, and employability skills. Her extensive work spans SSCs, corporates, and training institutes, impacting a diverse audience of over 1000 trainees across India.
In addition to her expertise in vocational training and assessments, Ms. Solanki excels in fashion and trends research, with her work featured on international platforms. A postgraduate from NIFT Delhi, she is also an accomplished entrepreneur, running her own women’s wear label that retails online and in multi-designer stores across India.
Her passion for skill development and her entrepreneurial spirit continue to inspire and empower individuals nationwide.
Umesh Prasad Sharma

Mr.Umesh completed his B.Ed from Regional Institute of Education, Bhuwaneswar, which is a constituent unit of NCERT (National Council of Educational Research and Training), Delhi.
A veteran in school education with 30 years of teaching experience at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Umesh is a retired Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) from Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. He specialises in Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry subjects. He is also an experienced career counsellor.
Gitanjali Chatterjee

Gitanjali Chatterjee is an accomplished editor with over 35 years of experience in the publishing industry. From 1985 to 2017, she served as the Deputy Secretary at the Sahitya Akademi, Ministry of Culture, Government of India. In this role, she oversaw the English publications of the Akademi and organized prestigious seminars and workshops both in India and internationally, contributing to the promotion of Indian literature and cultural exchange.
She is a graduate from LSR (Lady Shri Ram College for Women) and earned her Master’s degree in Political Science from Delhi University. Gitanjali specializes in editing books on literature and social sciences, blending her academic background with extensive professional expertise to deliver high-quality, insightful editorial work. Her diverse portfolio reflects her adaptability, attention to detail, and passion for the written word.
