Program Overview:

The POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Training is designed to help organizations create safe, respectful, and inclusive workplaces in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.
This program equips employees and leaders with the knowledge, sensitivity, and behavioural awareness necessary to prevent and address workplace harassment. Through interactive sessions, real-life case studies, and scenario-based learning, participants understand both the legal framework and the ethical responsibility of maintaining a harassment-free environment. The training also focuses on building a culture of respect and accountability, empowering Internal Committee (IC) members to handle complaints effectively and sensitively.
